Why Is Israel Always Under Attack?

Why is this tiny sliver of land — barely the size of New Jersey — the center of every storm, every headline, every war? Why is Israel, of all nations, always the target? From rockets in the sky to resolutions at the UN, to college campuses filled with lies — why this relentless obsession with Israel?

There are 193 countries in the world. Many are far worse in terms of human rights, wars, and corruption. But Israel? A democracy, a tech superpower, a nation that warns civilians before it strikes terrorists — that’s the one people want to boycott and destroy. It makes no sense on the surface. But let me tell you something: the hatred against Israel is not rational. It’s spiritual. It’s ancient. It’s prophesied.

The Spiritual Battle That Never Stopped

Israel is not just a country. It’s a symbol. A testimony. A problem for people who hate truth. This war started thousands of years ago. It didn’t begin in 1948. It didn’t start with Gaza or settlements or borders. It began in Genesis, when God chose a man named Abraham.

“I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” — Genesis 12:3

That promise wasn’t just poetic. It was dangerous. The moment God chose Israel, Satan had a target. Because if God’s promises are real — if Israel survives, if the Jews return, if Jerusalem stands — then the Bible is true. And if the Bible is true, then evil loses.

So Satan does what he’s always done: he attacks what God loves.

And make no mistake — this is not the political war leading the attacks on Israel; it's the spiritual war. It’s not about land. It’s about God’s plan. That’s why the attacks are irrational. That’s why even atheists can’t make sense of it. Because if you look at this logically, it’s insane. Why care so much about a Jewish state smaller than Lake Michigan?

Even If You Don't Believe in God — Read These Facts

If you’re secular, you still have to wonder: why is the world so obsessed with Israel?

China locks up millions in camps — barely a peep. Iran executes gays — and they get a seat on UN committees. Syria murders hundreds of thousands — silence. But Israel defends itself from terrorists who use children as shields, and suddenly it’s “genocide.”

This is not about justice. It’s about something far deeper.

Antisemitism is the oldest hate on earth. It's irrational, unrelenting, and morphs into whatever shape the world wants: religious, racial, political, economic. In medieval Europe, Jews were hated for killing Jesus. In Nazi Germany, they were hated for being too powerful. Now in the 21st century, they’re hated for having a state.

It's the same hate — just with better PR (or is it?).

Even secular thinkers like George Orwell implied in his essay 1945 essay "Antisemitism in Britain" that Antisemitism is a peculiar thing that does not have a logical explanation.

Israel: God’s Prophetic Clock

When it comes to Israel, history points to something supernatural.

The Jews were exiled from their land in 70 AD. Scattered across the earth. Every empire that ruled over Jerusalem eventually fell. Rome. The Ottomans. The British. Yet somehow, the Jewish people survived. Not just as a memory — but as a nation, speaking the same language, worshiping the same God, in the same capital, after 2,000 years.

That has never happened with any other people group. Ever.

That’s not luck. That’s prophecy.

“Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment?” — Isaiah 66:8

Yes. On May 14, 1948, Israel was born again.

And that’s the real reason Israel is always under attack. Its very existence proves the Bible is true. It’s a billboard to the world: God keeps His promises. And Satan can’t stand it.

The War for the Soul of the World

Let’s get brutally honest. The world hates Israel because the world hates what Israel represents: absolute truth, moral clarity, covenant, consequence, God.

This war isn’t just about rockets and rifles. It’s about lies. About the lie that good is evil and evil is good. That terrorists are victims and the Jewish state is the problem. That truth is subjective. That sin has no cost.

Israel stands in the way of that lie. It always has.

When you defend Israel, you're not just standing with a country. You're standing with truth. You’re standing with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. You’re standing against chaos, against deception, against hell itself.

And yes, it’s a heavy burden. Israel is always criticized, always fighting, always alone — except for those who choose to bless her.

Hope in the Fire

Here’s the truth no one wants to admit: Israel will always be under attack. Until the Messiah comes, the war will rage — politically, spiritually, physically.

But here’s the good news: Israel will never be destroyed.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17

That’s not a campaign slogan. That’s a guarantee. You can throw armies, lies, bombs, boycotts, and UN resolutions — and still, Israel lives.

Israel is not a miracle of politics. It’s a miracle of God. And if you’re looking for proof that He exists, look no further.

The world is on fire. But Israel stands. Not because she’s perfect. But because she’s chosen.

And that should scare every enemy — and give hope to every man and woman of faith.

You said it all, my brother. The truth hurts, but it's the truth.

Israel is an illegitimate, war-criminal state that will soon dissolve (as an Apartheid state). Palestine will be free. Thank god.

Wow, I am teaching to my students that fact, Satan does what he’s always done: he attacks what God loves. And God loves his people.
